PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TURBOCHLOR is a heavy duty chlorinated caustic detergent which can be used in foam cleaning of meat, fish, poultry, dairy and general food processing premises.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Prior to the application of TURBOCHLOR solutions, dry clean area to remove soils and / or pre-rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Manual Cleaning: Use TURBOCHLOR at 2 – 5% v/v (20 – 50ml / litre) in warm or cold water to give 500 – 1,250ppm available chlorine.
Note: When used manually wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Foam Cleaning (Venturi): Use TURBOCHLOR at a feed rate of 1.5 – 3.0% v/v (15 – 30ml / litre) in warm or cold water to give 375 – 750ppm available chlorine.
Foam Cleaning (Pump): Prepare a 1.5 – 3.0% v/v (15 – 30ml / litre) solution of TURBOCHLOR in warm or cold water to give 375 – 750ppm available chlorine.
High Pressure Spray: Use only in units with chemical injection after the pump. Use TURBOCHLOR at a concentration 0.5 – 1.0% (5 – 10ml / litre) at a temperature up to 65oC.
After cleaning, rinse all surfaces thoroughly with potable water. Avoid allowing TURBOCHLOR to dry on surfaces or white filming will result
